His transactions have spanned across several sectors including airports, retail, hospitality, financial services and real estate. He has advised banks, funds and financial institutions in connection with various complex transactions involving financings including in connection with listed company takeovers, asset monetizations,
promoter level fund-raising, margin finance, construction finance and fund raise by financial institutions.
